Delivery within UK (except Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland & Eire) is £29.99

Bicycles are delivered flat packed and require minimal assembly.

Due to the uniqueness of these bicycles, stock is sometimes limited. Please be aware that some deliveries may take upto 6 weeks, this is partly due to the fact that the bicycles have got to come over from the US of A! But please check availability before you order. Most orders should be completed within 14 days.

Damaged Goods, Delivery Shortages and Returns:

Any shortage or damages found to your order must be reported by the end of the next business working day of receiving bicycle(s) / part(s)

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior discussion with KoolRida Choppers.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 working days of receiving merchandise.

Customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges back to KoolRida Choppers.

All items returned which are not faulty will be subject to 15% restocking fee.

All sales of orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are final, no returns.
